2. Basics

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.

3. Server logs

When you visit our website, technically necessary access data are stored in server logs (shortened IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser, OS, referrer). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Retention: max. 14 days.

4. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies / local storage entries (e.g. language, chat history). No third-party tracking. No consent required under § 25 (2) TTDSG.

5. Contact requests

Data you submit via our form, email or phone are processed to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR. If you request rental gear, height, weight and shoe size per person are added; we use them only to prepare your rental gear and do not pass them to the AI assistant. Deleted once no longer needed.

6. AI chat assistant

Chat messages are processed by our processor Anthropic PBC (500 Howard Street, San Francisco, USA) to generate replies. DPA in place; EU standard contractual clauses apply for the US transfer. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat.

7. Hosting

Hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. DPA in place; EU SCC for US transfer.

8. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR); withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). Please email info@skischule-wilddieb.de.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Hesse: Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, datenschutz.hessen.de).

All traffic is HTTPS/TLS-encrypted. We may update this notice to reflect legal changes.
